Myrtle Sarrosa is on the cover of FHM Philippines’ November 2014 issue as “the sexiest fan girl.”

The 19-year-old cosplayer and “Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4” winner was launched as FHM cover girl on Tuesday night during the FHM Halloween Ball held at the Bonifacio Global City.

Myrtle appeared on the stage wearing a purple outfit that somehow proves her cover was not Photoshopped.
